Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.


Tracking Information

Delivery Conditions & Limitations

  • Incorrect Address: LULU SKYE is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers.
  • P.O. Boxes: P.O. Box delivery is supported for standard shipping where applicable.
  • Military Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

LULU SKYE is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit.

Please keep all original packaging materials, shipping labels, and damaged products, as they may be required by the carrier when filing a claim.
