Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free from stains, perfume, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
  • Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lingerie and underwear
  • Bras and shapewear
  • Swimwear without the original hygienic liner attached
  • Bodysuits
  • Earrings and certain jewelry items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Final Sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

How To Request A Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team first:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once your request has been approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as LULU SKYE is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

After reviewing your request, we will determine an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you encounter any issues with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Our team will make every effort to resolve the matter quickly and fairly. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in restrictions on future purchases.
